The problem I have is I cannot launch the program.

My flv files do have metadata but the cut markers read "NaN Sec" so it's really very hard to do a precision cut on time which is what I need. Is there some setting or something perhaps in XP which might be causing this? Also would be nice if on the cut page the cut markers also determined start ad stop playing points.
